Where Are The Honest Politicians?
There are honest people who would like to run for office to do right by the people who elect them but in order to do that they first have to have the support of the local, state or national political parties. So what’s the problem? Depending on who is in control of these parties decides who will be supported and who won’t.
Why PAR?
PAR is supported by people like you and not by the Republican Party, elected officials or candidates, giving you a voice on where and how the funds are spent. As an organization there will be no endless phone calls or junk mail from us asking you to keep donating money every few days. You can be as involved as you care to or care not to be.
PAR is for and about Johnson County and the people who reside here. There are many goals to accomplish above and beyond just the political arena. Going forward our hope is that together we can make Johnson County a better place to live and work and a great place to raise our families.
There are people out there who want to represent us that have the same values as we do but without our support they don't stand a chance against the political establishment. Help us to help them to support you, the future of generations to come depend upon what we do today.

The very foundation of the political party is the precinct chair yet it is the least used and most neglected of the elected positions in our nation. The strongest voice that our elected officials can hear is that of the precinct chairs; they are your voice.
So the next time you say “but what can you do?”
Speak to your precinct chair or better yet join PAR.

Who is your Precinct Chair?

The names and contact information for all of the local Republican precinct chairs will be made available. Local precincts are the starting point of how our local Republican Party is run. At this level, becoming a volunteer is an active step to take. The local chairs and committees progress individual resolutions to the county Republican platform. This is where you come in thru your support of these people by letting them know what you think, by being part of the precinct committee’s along with the precinct chair expressing your opinions as the they are deciding what will be submitted to the platform committee or in a variety of other ways.
In turn, the resolution process determines how the state Republican Party is run and from there to the National Republican Party. It all starts with you. Use this platform and let your voice be heard. Do not make it in vain. You can make a difference. We are listening. Do not let others decide for you.
